ECO4 & GBIS Retrofit Delivery for Vulnerable Households in Cardiff
Acting as Principal Contractor, we delivered ECO4 and GBIS-funded retrofit solutions across the Cardiff region in support of Cardiff Council’s objectives to improve energy efficiency and protect vulnerable households.
Working under the E.ON delivery framework, our role covered end-to-end system delivery — including surveys, system-led design, retrofit coordination, compliant installation, and scheme management.
A strong focus was placed on vulnerable customer identification, engagement, and safeguarding, ensuring residents were supported throughout the delivery process.
All works were delivered with full CDM and HSSE oversight, maintaining compliance, safety, and audit-ready assurance across the programme.
