We supported the delivery of domestic retrofit and energy efficiency improvements across Merthyr Tydfil as part of a council-aligned ECO4 and GBIS programme, acting as Principal Contractor within the E.ON delivery framework.
The project focused on improving the performance of existing housing stock while ensuring vulnerable residents received appropriate support throughout the process.
Our responsibilities included survey-led assessment, coordinated system design, and managed installation of retrofit measures, supported by robust compliance controls. Delivery was underpinned by strong scheme management, CDM coordination, and HSSE governance, ensuring safe working practices and consistent quality. Particular emphasis was placed on resident engagement, communication, and safeguarding to ensure a positive customer experience and reliable outcomes.
All works were delivered with full CDM and HSSE oversight, maintaining compliance, safety, and audit-ready assurance across the programme.
