We act as a national specialist remedial delivery partner for E.ON, supporting the investigation, recovery, and resolution of failed, underperforming, or non-compliant ECO and retrofit installations delivered by previous partners.
This role was established to address complex technical issues, compliance risk, and customer impact where original installations did not meet required standards.
Our scope includes detailed technical surveys, system-level investigation, and the development of clear remedial action plans aligned with PAS 2035 principles. We take responsibility for coordinating and delivering corrective works, supported by robust retrofit coordination, scheme management, and full CDM and HSSE governance.
A key focus of this programme is protecting vulnerable customers, restoring confidence, and ensuring audit-ready compliance while preventing repeat failure across national delivery.
All works were delivered with full CDM and HSSE oversight, maintaining compliance, safety, and audit-ready assurance across the programme.
